Sound waves travel through solid states, such as the body.

Through resonance, sound penetrates the body and can manipulate areas we are unable to physically touch.

Sound can be used to target certain areas, as well as affect the whole — even the auric field.

Practicing sound healing with the proper tools and sound frequencies helps to reach areas of our bodies so that we may fine-tune and restore harmony within.

Everything is energy. Point blank. Period.

If not attended to, we can build up stagnant energy that over time drains our health. Sound healing helps energy move more freely within you and helps you to release stagnant energy.

Eastern medicine looks at our health from an integrative approach, whereas Western medicine takes a specialized approach that focuses on individual parts of the whole.

During my time researching healing, I knew I personally would be taking an integrative approach.

Though a pain may initially be felt in one area, you better believe that in order to target the root cause, you will have to look beyond that point.

Sound healing has the ability to penetrate the body, allowing you to re-balance all areas of energy that flow within you.

Simply put — positive experiences help you to feel better.

Ahh, yes. I love to learn the science behind my healing tools, but sometimes it’s really just about what feels good to the soul, whether you understand it or not.

Sound healing is a science-backed healing tool, but at the end of the day, even if it wasn’t, I really just loveeeeee the experience.

And, that is what matters — Finding the tools that feel good to your spirit on this healing journey.

God-speed, my friend.
